Points awarded

For purchases of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) or more at the Familia Online Shop, 5% of the purchase amount will be added as points.
For purchases of 1,000 yen or more (excluding tax) at Familia Members participating shops nationwide, 1% of the purchase amount will be added as points.

Precautions

To earn points at the online shop, you must be logged in before making a purchase.
Points can only be earned and used when the purchase amount is 1,000 yen (excluding tax) or more.
Points are valid for two years from the month in which they were last awarded.
If your purchase after using points is less than 1,000 yen (excluding tax), the expiration date will not be extended.
You can check your current points on My Page.
Points will not be awarded for sale items, shipping fees, or other charges.

Points redemption

Accumulated points can be used in increments of 1,000 points or more (1 point = 1 yen for your next purchase).
Accumulated points can also be used to exchange for point exchange items.
