The first 1000 days are important for your baby
At Familia, we cherish the 1,000 days that include the approximately 270 days from conception to birth and the 730 days from the baby's birth to its second birthday.
Familiar provides support in various ways to make these 1000 days as fulfilling and enjoyable as possible.

Familiar method

The familiar method is a system that puts our corporate philosophy of "creating the potential of children" into practice.
Familiar offers a wide range of content, not just products, but also events, services, food, education, art, and more. All of these are created in conjunction with the seasonal theme. Familiar will continue to provide content that broadens the possibilities of children through the experience of "things," "experiences," and "learning."

Work at Familia

Working at Familia means thinking about what we can do to "create potential in children" and challenging ourselves every day.
And to nurture creative children, it is important to continue to use their creativity.

Store

Stores are important places where you can get to know your customers and your products.
The clothes you choose together may be the first clothes a baby will ever wear. Don't forget the voices and faces of the customers you see firsthand. The experience you gain in the store is the starting point for all your work.

As a fashion advisor (FA), I not only sell products to customers, but also provide support from before birth through childcare, such as teaching at maternity seminars and helping with preparations for childbirth. I use my unique customer service and product knowledge to deliver Familiar products, which I have planned and produced with love, to customers all over the country.

Many customers come to our store with a variety of emotions, including joy and anxiety about having a baby. We at FA are here to understand these feelings and help customers enjoy the birth of their baby. To that end, we study every day so that we can provide a wide range of services, not just product knowledge, but also information and learning. It's very rewarding when we see our customers' bright smiles.

Sales Department

This team is primarily responsible for sales strategies, including event planning, sales promotion, webshop management, and store management. They negotiate with department stores where Familia has stores and support store management. They are also responsible for new store openings and tie-up planning with corporations.
Sales Promotion/Public Relations <br>We carry out various projects to help more people learn about the appeal of Familia, such as newsletters and social media posts to provide customers with the latest information, releases to the media, and organizing in-store events.
WEB SHOP
We operate our services and respond to customers who use them so that they can use our physical stores and online shop seamlessly. We are also working on omni-channel so that customers can shop comfortably according to their lifestyle.
UI/UX team (creators)
You will be responsible for creating designs that customers will see (website and social media designs, store decorations, etc.). You will take exciting photos that will catch customers' attention and think about decorations that will bring out the appeal of the products.

Sales promotion

I am involved in planning and running sales promotion projects, as well as serving customers in stores. Every day I think about how to get more products to more customers, and I am also planning "Manabi: Things, Events, and Things" to help more people learn about the appeal of Familia. I think it's important that the projects are not just about selling products, but also convey Familia's message of "creating the potential of children."

6th year with the company, general employee

public relations

I'm part of the sales promotion team in the sales department, where I'm involved in planning and running events and public relations for external media. I keep my ears open to trends and think about how to disseminate content in an appealing way. Recently, I've been promoting sustainable initiatives such as the "commitment to manufacturing" that has been important since the company's founding, with a focus on "upcycling." I'm thinking of plans that will please Familia's customers.
