If you use WorldShopping, we are unable to provide gift wrapping, message cards, or shopping bags.
Is it possible to earn and use Familia points?
Familia Members cannot be used. If you use WorldShopping, points will not be awarded or used.

The following possibilities are possible:
1. Out of stock items.
2. Products that are not eligible for overseas shipping. (Large furniture, products that cannot be delivered to your home, products shipped directly from the manufacturer, sale items, and other products that Familia specifies cannot be shipped overseas.)

At Familia, we usually ship within 2-5 business days after the order date. However, it may take longer if the order falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, summer holiday, or New Year's holiday.

Fee
WorldShopping will charge 10% service on the “Total Product Price”*. Once we deliver the product to WorldShopping, you will receive another payment request from WorldShopping containing International Shipping Fee, Handling Fee and Other Fees (If any). See WorldShopping Fees for details.

For Overseas Delivery you can request "Worldshopping'' to buy itmes on behalf of you and to have them shipped. WorldShopping purchases Japanese products on your behalf and delivers them around the world.
