Article 2: Purchase of Products
1. Users can use this service to purchase products, etc. from our company.
2. If a user wishes to purchase a product, etc., the user may purchase or use the product, etc. in accordance with the methods separately specified by the Company in the "User Guide" or other documents.
3. In accordance with the application in the preceding paragraph, the User will confirm the delivery address, order details, etc. that they have entered and registered, and then click the order button. Article 3 Payment Method
1. The amount to be paid at the time of purchase will be the total of the price of the product, including consumption tax, and related shipping fees and other charges.
2. Payment for products purchased through this service shall be limited to a credit card in the user's name or a payment method separately approved by our company.
3. In the case of payment by credit card, the payment shall be subject to the terms and conditions of a separate agreement between the user and the credit card company.
In addition, if a dispute arises between a user and a credit card company, etc., the user and the credit card company shall be responsible for resolving the dispute, and our company shall not be held responsible in any way.
Article 4 Delivery
1. If an item is in stock and no delivery date is specified, it will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days after the order is completed, except in the following cases:
- If the user is unable to receive the package due to personal reasons
- When delivery circumstances (such as mid-year and year-end gift seasons), natural disasters, traffic conditions, weather, etc. have an impact.

2. Delivery of the product will be completed upon delivery of the product to the address specified at the time of ordering.

4. If the delivery of the product is delayed or cannot be made due to natural disasters, accidents during delivery, or other unavoidable circumstances, the Company shall not be liable for any compensation.
5. Delivery for this service is limited to within Japan.
Article 5. Return and exchange of products
1. Returns and exchanges of products will only be accepted within seven days of receiving the product, in accordance with the "Information Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" and "About Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties" in the "User Guide" posted separately by our company.
However, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations without prior contact with our customer service center or online shop.
2. If you wish to exchange for a substitute product, it may not be possible to do so due to reasons such as product shortages.
In such cases, we will refund the payment for the product.
3. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by our company only in cases where the reason is attributable to our company, such as defective products or incorrect delivery, and will be borne by the user in cases where the reason is other than these.
Article 6 Disclaimer regarding products and orders
1. Product design, specifications, and country of manufacture may change without notice.

Article 8 Maintenance, Change, and Abolition of the Terms and Services

Familia Members Terms of Use
Familia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") hereby establishes the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") for the "Familia Members" membership service (hereinafter referred to as "this service") operated by our company.
Anyone who uses this service must agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, so please be sure to read this agreement before registering.
Article 1 Membership
A "Familia Members Member" (hereinafter referred to as "Member") is a person who understands and agrees to the contents of these Terms and Conditions, applies to our company for registration for this service, and completes the required procedures.
Article 2 Membership Registration
1. Those who wish to register for this service must set and enter the specified personal information and password at a Familia store designated by our company or on the Familia homepage, and then apply for member registration.
2. Members shall enter true and accurate information, whether in whole or in part, for registration, and shall not register any false information, information about a third party, or non-existent information.
3. Membership registration is limited to individuals only, and is not available to organizations such as corporations. Registration is limited to one email address per person, and only one account per person is permitted.

5. If the Company determines that the above provisions have been violated or that true and accurate information has not been provided, the Company may delete the Member's account and refuse to allow the Member to use the Service in the future.
Article 3 Membership Card
Members will be issued a membership card called the "Familia App" or "Mobile Card" (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Member's Card"). Members are responsible for managing and using the Member's Card.
Membership cards may only be used by the member himself/herself and cannot be transferred or loaned to a third party.
1. "Familia App"
(1) Download this app onto your smartphone and complete your membership registration.
(2) If the Member changes their smartphone due to a model change or other reason, they shall be responsible for re-downloading the Card App.
2. "Mobile Card"
(1) If you have already registered for this service or have registered as a new member through our member registration page, you can use the Mobile Card from your My Page.
(2) The mobile card can be used on smartphones and tablet devices.
Article 4 Membership Services
Members can use the following services provided by our company at participating stores and on the Familia website.
However, in order for members to receive this service, they must present their membership card at participating stores or log in to the Familia website.
1. Point Service When members purchase products at participating stores or the Familia Online Shop, they can use the point service set out in Article 5.
2. Information provision services If a member requests this at the time of joining, they will be able to receive information provision services via email, direct mail, push notifications, etc. Even if a member does not request it, we may still send emails containing important information that we deem necessary to notify.
3. Event participation service Members can use the service to apply for and participate in events and sales hosted by our company at Familia stores, the Familia website, and external venues.
4. You will be able to use various other services that our company may provide in the future.

Article 5: Point Service
Members can use the following points services only when they present their membership card at the time of purchase at participating stores and log in to the online store using their registered email address and password.
1. Points (1) If your purchase is over 1,000 yen (excluding tax), you will receive 5% of the purchase amount as points in the online shop and 1% in-store.
However, this does not include sale items, shipping fees, various fees, or payment with gift certificates designated by our company.
(2) Points will be added when the purchase is completed in stores, and when the product is shipped online.
2. Using Points
(1) Points can be used after completing membership registration. If you are in a provisional registration state (meaning that the required information for membership has not been registered), points will only be added, but you will not be able to use them.
(2) Points can be used to discount the price of purchased products in increments of 1,000 points or more. 1 point will be converted to 1 yen and used to discount the price of the product excluding tax.
(3) Points cannot be used for shipping fees or other charges.
(4) Points can be used to purchase products at participating stores and online shops.
(5) Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
3. Points expiration date Points are valid for two years from the month of the last purchase, and all points will become invalid after the expiration date.
4. Points processing when returning or exchanging purchased items
(1) Members must present their membership card when returning or exchanging purchased items in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the "User Guide" posted on the online shop of the Familia website.
(2) If you return a purchased item, the points already awarded will be deducted.
(3) If you return an item after using points, we will request a refund of the points used.
Article 6 Management of Registration Information
1. Members shall manage their email addresses (login IDs) and passwords at their own responsibility.
2. Members shall not lend, transfer, share, change the name of, buy or sell, pawn, etc., their login ID and password to a third party, and shall not disclose their password to a third party.
3. The Member shall be responsible for any damages caused by improper management of the login ID and password, errors in use, or use by a third party, and the Company shall not be held responsible in any way unless exemption from liability is not permitted by law.
4. Any actions taken using a login ID and password will be deemed to be the responsibility of the member who holds the login ID.
5. If the information registered by a member is incorrect or if the company determines that there is a possibility of an error, the company may change part or all of the registered member information without obtaining the member's prior consent.
6. If a Registered User's ID or password is stolen, forgotten, or discovered to be used by a third party, the Registered User shall immediately notify the Company and follow any instructions given by the Company.
7. If there is any change in the registered information, the member must update the registered information themselves on the "My Page" page of the Familia homepage or notify the Customer Service Center of the correction without delay.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of failure to register changes.
Article 7 Suspension of use of the Service due to withdrawal and cancellation of membership registration
1. Members may cancel their membership at any time by following the procedures specified by our company.
2. A member will lose his/her membership status at the time the Company receives a withdrawal request from the member, and the Company will cancel the member's registration.
3. If a Member falls under any of the following items, the Company may immediately, without prior notice, suspend the Member's use of the Service, cancel the Member's account registration, or take any other measures that the Company deems appropriate.
(1) If any of the prohibited acts set forth in Article 9 is committed.
(2) If there is any falsehood in the registered information.
(3) If you violate these Terms and Conditions, the Familia Online Shop Terms of Use, or other terms and conditions established by our company.
(4) Any other case in which we determine that continuing your membership registration is inappropriate for the management and operation of this service.
(5) If it is discovered that the member has previously been subject to cancellation of membership or other sanctions due to reasons (1) to (4).
(6) If you do not log in to our website, make a purchase at our online shop, or at a store that is eligible for this service for three years.
