Since our hospital opened in 1955, we have been committed to providing natural childbirth in line with the wishes of mothers.
You will create a birth plan together with your midwife during pregnancy, and the midwife will be primarily responsible for the delivery.
Two obstetricians are always on standby at night (one on call and one on standby), and we can respond quickly to any sudden changes during childbirth.
We are also the first facility in Kyoto to open a licensed NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), and a neonatologist will be present during risky deliveries and Caesarean sections, providing examinations and treatment immediately after birth.
At our hospital, you can also choose painless childbirth. Our team of obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and midwives will safely relieve pain and help you get through childbirth.
We strive to provide the medical care and peace of mind that only a general hospital can offer.
