(2) We will select contractors with sufficient levels of protection and conclude contracts regarding the handling of personal information.
(3) Personal information may be provided to the government, local governments, insurance companies with which we have corporate contracts, health insurance societies, medical institutions that conduct health checkups, institutions that provide various education, training, examinations, and qualifications, labor unions, and other institutions necessary for employment management or employee benefits.

3. Procedures for disclosure, correction, deletion, and suspension of use and provision of personal information

(3) After confirming your identity using the method specified by our company, we will carry out the prescribed procedures. However, we will not be able to comply with requests to correct or delete information provided by the company, if the request violates company rules, or if it interferes with the efficient and smooth operation of the company organization or procedures stipulated by laws and regulations.
