About points

Points accumulation

When you spend 1,000 yen (excluding tax) or more in one purchase, you will receive the following points.

  • Familia Online Shop: 5% of the purchase amount

  • Familia Members participating shops nationwide: 1% of the purchase amount

  • However, this does not include sale items, shipping fees, various fees, or payment with gift certificates designated by our company.
  • Points will be added when the purchase is completed in-store, and when the product is shipped online.

Regarding the expiration date of points

Points are valid for two years from the month of your last purchase, and all points will expire after the expiration date.
Expired points cannot be refunded for any reason.
Please note that if the total payment amount, excluding various fees, including when using points, is less than 1,000 yen (excluding tax), the expiration date will not be extended.

The expiration time will be 23:59 on the expiration date.

The timing of point addition and information update is as follows.

  • In-store: When your purchase is completed
  • Online store: Once the product has been shipped

When using the online shop, points will need to be renewed in the following cases: Depending on the shipping completion date, the points you have may expire before the shipping is completed.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to check the expiration date of your points before placing your order.

  • Ordering pre-orders and made-to-order products
  • Orders with a specified date and time across months
  • If you order at the end of the month

You can check your points status and expiration date in the "Point History" section of your My Page.

If a member cancels their membership, all points held by the member will immediately expire.

Regarding point usage

Accumulated points can be used to discount the price of purchased items in increments of 1,000 points or more, with 1 point equivalent to 1 yen discounted from the price excluding tax.

  • Points can be used to exchange for exclusive items.
  • Points cannot be used for shipping fees or other charges.
  • Points can be used to purchase products at participating stores and online shops.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
