[Regarding admission restrictions on Wednesday, July 31st]
On the first day of the event, Wednesday, July 31st, admission will be limited to those who apply in advance to reduce congestion.

*Please register your "H2O ID" by 10:00 AM on Monday, July 8th, when reservations for visits begin.
② Those who are registered and enrolled in both Hankyu "Foreign Trade Customer Card Members or Persona Card Members" and "Familia Members" *Please be sure to register and enroll by the day of the event. Please present your card upon entry. (This also applies to Persona temporary cards.)
*Only foreign trade customer cards or Persona cards (in the customer's name) will be accepted for purchases on Wednesday, July 31st. (Temporary Persona cards are also accepted.)

[Notes]
・Please note that you cannot change your visit time after your reservation is completed.
・Each person may apply only once.
・As a general rule, reservations will be made on a 30-minute rotation basis.
If you do not arrive within the scheduled time, your reservation will be cancelled.
・Only the person who made the reservation can enter. (Only children under elementary school age can enter accompanied by a child. *Only the person who made the reservation can purchase tickets.)
・Please present your "Hankyu Card" or "Familia Members" when entering.
・A QR code will be scanned upon entry. Please bring your mobile phone or smartphone.
・Payment can only be made with a foreign trade customer card or Persona card (in the customer's name). (Temporary Persona cards are also accepted.)
・All products are limited in number. Please note that they may be sold out depending on the time of your entry.

[Admission restrictions from Thursday, August 1st]
On Thursday, August 1st, numbered admission tickets will be distributed.

From Friday, August 2nd onwards, depending on the level of congestion, numbered admission tickets may be distributed.

[Notes regarding admission tickets]
・Distribution will begin at 10:05am after opening at the store (1st floor Kotokoto Stage 11).
・Distribution times may vary depending on the congestion situation.
・Numbered admission tickets do not guarantee that you will be able to purchase any products. We apologize if the product is out of stock.
・If you lose your numbered ticket, it will become invalid and cannot be reissued.
・Copying, transferring, or buying and selling of numbered tickets is prohibited.
・If you are lining up in a group, please wait until everyone is present before lining up. Joining up after lining up is prohibited.
・Numbered tickets will not be distributed to children under elementary school age.
・If you have to leave the line, please be sure to inform the customers in front of or behind you, or a staff member. If you do not, you may be asked to join the end of the line again.
