Important Notices for Using the Online Shop and Clearance Sale

Please read the following points carefully before enjoying your shopping.

  • Immediately after sales begin, there may be a high volume of traffic, making it difficult to connect to the site, products you have added to your favorites temporarily being unavailable, and order completion emails being sent late.
    The issue will be resolved once the concentration of access has subsided. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, and we ask for your understanding and patience in waiting for this to be resolved.
  • Items in your shopping cart will be reserved once your order is confirmed.
    Please note that stock is not reserved at the time of adding the item to your cart.
  • Product prices may change or products may be discontinued without notice.
  • Even after your order has been confirmed, the product may not be available depending on stock availability.
  • The price tag on the product you receive may differ from the purchase price.
  • Points and novelty items are not awarded.
  • You can choose from the following payment methods: "Credit card payment," "Payment with points," "atone next month deferred payment (convenience store/direct debit)," or "Deferred payment (convenience store/bank ATM)."
  • It may take 7 to 10 days from the time you place your order until it is delivered.
  • You cannot specify a delivery date.
  • Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible for customer reasons to change, cancel, add to, or change the payment method of an order, or to ship the order together with other orders.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
  • We do not offer gift wrapping for sale items. (We are also unable to provide paper bags or packaging materials.)
  • If there are multiple orders at the same time, we may not be able to prepare the product even if your order is confirmed. In that case, we will ship the contents excluding the product in question.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact our Customer Service Center within 7 days of receiving the product.
