- The number of characters must be 10 or less, but depending on the product, we may not be able to meet your request even if it is exactly 10 characters.
- You cannot choose the size or position of the embroidery.
- Embroidery will only be done on items purchased on the day.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have already been embroidered.
-Please note that if a denim bag has been embroidered with a name, we cannot repair the handle.

・Each item available for embroidery is limited in number. We apologize if the item is sold out on the day of the event.
- If you select your desired embroidery items from the list in advance and use the Omni Service (pick-up), you can receive your order smoothly without worrying about the items being out of stock.
・For store-exclusive items, embroidery can only be done at the store where the item is sold.

Depending on the store, you can make an order by reservation or on the day.
The delivery date of the finished product varies depending on the purchase method, so please see below.

■ Delivery date: 1.5 months after participation

・At the Kobe main store, reservations are limited to 3 items per slot.
- There is no limit on the number of items at the Daikanyama store, but we ask for your cooperation in completing all work within the reserved time slot.
・The Daikanyama store is accepting orders at all times, even outside of the event period. Outside of the period, orders will be delivered within one month of order placement. Thank you for your understanding.

・Reservations are for frames only. Embroidery is only available for items purchased on the day. Please contact the store to inquire about the availability of the product you want.

- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have already been embroidered.

・Due to operational reasons, you may be asked to wait.
・If you are unable to arrive within 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. Please note that if you cancel without contacting us, you may not be able to make future reservations.

・Please forgive us if it is difficult to deliver the product on the day due to unavoidable reasons such as machine malfunction.

During the period, you can order embroidery on products purchased at participating stores.
The finished product will be available for pickup in approximately one and a half months.
