Postpartum care for mothers' minds and bodies
Would you like to learn about traditional French plant therapy, phytotherapy?

Pregnancy and childbirth are a lot of work. After the birth, the main focus will be on caring for the baby, but caring for the mother's body and mind is equally essential.
In France, many mothers learn self-care thoroughly from the time they are pregnant and go on to enjoy life afterwards.
At the seminar, participants will be able to enjoy the scent of essential oils and actually touch and feel herbs, while learning about postpartum self-care using the traditional French natural therapy of phytotherapy.
We will introduce treatments for each of the following: preventing infections, postpartum depression, stress, hair and uterus support, breastfeeding and breast problems, how to care for the vaginal area, and sexuality.
