Short-sleeved undershirts are basic undergarments that babies wear all year round, and we recommend preparing 3 to 5 pairs in preparation for birth.

Personal Maternity Seminar

This maternity seminar will provide one-on-one support to help you prepare for childbirth, focusing on content tailored to your needs.
We will guide you through "caring for your baby" through practical exercises, including talk about newborn underwear, baby wear, diapers, and other baby clothing, as well as a bathing experience.

◇You will receive a limited edition mini bag containing an Oboro towel, gauze handkerchief, and Familia's original maternity mark.

*This is not an actual bathing experience using hot water.

Ezaki Glico Collaborative Maternity Seminar

In addition to bathing procedures, this seminar also offers one-on-one consultations on nutrition for mothers and babies.
Familia staff will explain the bathing procedure using a doll the same size as a newborn baby and actual hot water.
Regarding nutrition for mothers and babies, you can consult with Ezaki Glico's nutritionists and child psychology counselors about anything you would like, including nutrition for mothers before and after childbirth, breastfeeding, and weaning food.
Baby care, such as bathing and breastfeeding, begins immediately after birth. If you learn about these things while you're pregnant, you'll have peace of mind even after your baby is born.

Pre-father seminar

A seminar for fathers-to-be that provides useful information for fathers!
