Housing Advisory System Workshop kit "Artwork" will be given as a free gift to participants
This collaboration began in 2022, with both companies hoping that the time spent building a home will become a fun memory for children and give them an opportunity to think about the nature and lifestyles around them.
This marks the fourth collaboration and introduces a workshop kit called "Artwork," which allows participants to freely create art by layering transparent sheets with designs of roofs, windows, nature, and animals of various shapes.

This workshop kit allows you to freely create art by layering transparent sheets with various designs of roofs, windows, nature, and animals. You can also stick fabric on top of the sheets or add your own pictures.

3 types of background color sheets, 1 type of house sheet, 3 types of roof sheets, 3 types of window sheets, 6 types of nature and animal sheets, 1 set of fabric and felt

This gift will be given to families who register with My STAGE in STEP 1, apply for a housing advisory, and experience STEP 2 or 3.

Event "Let's make a bird call"
Some Sekisui House branches are hosting workshops where participants can create "bird calls" that make sounds similar to bird calls using natural wood and Familiar's archive fabrics.
Not only will you be able to feel the texture and scent of wood and learn about its names and differences, but you will also be able to experience the joy of upcycling and making things by using fabrics that were used in Familia's clothing.
Collaboration limited edition bag and workshop kit
The collaboration item "Mirai Bag" and the workshop kit "Help Apron" that are contract benefits for Sekisui House in the Kansai area were created with the desire to make the time spent building your home enjoyable.
The Mirai Bag is an art piece depicting a completed house with Kuma living happily in it. It uses archive fabric for the appliqué, and you can choose your favorite from five different patterns.
The "Help Apron" is a workshop kit that allows you to create your own original design apron using the included iron-on parts. It's an item that children can enjoy during meetings and other occasions.

Familiar Room
A collaboration room featuring an art wall where visitors can freely attach magnetic parts to express the seasons.
If you go through a hole in the tree and into the depths of the art wall, you will find a small hideout like a secret base. It is a space where you can enjoy reading picture books at your leisure or playing pretend games.
