Defect details
When attached to an iPhone 13 Pro, there are issues such as the power button not being able to be pressed. *It can be attached to an iPhone 14 Pro without any issues.
Our response
Customers who purchased the affected products during the relevant sales period will be offered either a refund or an exchange for a product specifically for the iPhone 13 Pro.
① Exchange (starting from mid- to late January 2024)
We are currently producing products specifically for the iPhone 13 Pro that have fixed the defective parts.
Starting from mid-January 2024, we will begin accepting your products and exchanging them.
②Refund Please return the product you have and we will refund you.
We will send an email to everyone who purchased the affected products during this period with details of future measures.
