We will continue to accept inquiries via email and chat as usual, but please note that we will respond to inquiries in the order received, so it may take up to 7 business days for us to respond.

Regarding delivery of products, our online shop usually ships within 2 to 4 business days from the date of order, but due to the large number of orders we are currently receiving, there is a delay of several days.
