It has the same cute design as the Kobe Note designed by Familia, which evokes the city of Kobe.

What is Kobe Note?
Shortly after the war, Kansai Note Co., Ltd. began producing Kobe Notebooks in an effort to provide high-quality stationery at low prices to children, who will be the leaders of the future. The design, which features the Kobe cityscape printed on it, has remained unchanged for over 50 years and continues to be used by generations.
The new English notebooks, which were released around mid-October last year, were designed by Familia and are now available in stationery stores in Kobe. The design features a warm, hand-embroidered image of the Kobe cityscape.
