    How to purchase
     [Updated on Friday, December 5th]
    The charm (680174) will be resold through Omni Service (in-store pickup).

    ■Application period: Friday, December 12, 2025, 10:00 AM
    Pickup store: Familia Hiroo store *On Friday, December 12th, there will be a limit of one item per order. The limit will be lifted from 10:00 on Saturday, December 13th.
    *If there is stock at Omni Service or if an item is canceled, it will be sold in stores in due course.
    *The Hiroo store will be closed on Tuesday, December 16th. Items will not be available for pickup all day. Thank you for your understanding.
    *From 10:00 on Friday, December 12th, we will resume the Omni Service (in-store pickup) for the Hiroo store exclusive bag (780868) .

    [About Omni Service (Store Pickup)]
    ①Please apply through the Familia Online Shop.
    ②Please pick up and purchase at the Hiroo store during the collection period.
    *When purchasing, you must present the "Arrival Completion Notification Email."

    ・Purchases can only be made in person at the Hiroo store. Pick-up at other stores and cash-on-delivery are not available.
    ・To use the Omni Service (store pickup), you must register as a Familia Member. Register here>>>
    ・Please be sure to show the arrival completion notification email to the staff. We will ask for your order number and the name of the person who placed the order. If you do not present the email, we may refuse to sell to you.
    ・If the receipt deadline has passed, your order will be canceled without prior notice.
    - Purchases for the purpose of resale are not permitted.
