① In-store pickup sales (in-store pickup service)
After applying at the Familia Online Shop, you can pick up or purchase at the stores listed below.

*Once your ordered items arrive at the store, we will send you an email to notify you that they have arrived at your registered email address.
*The product can be reserved for one week from the day we send you the email informing you that the product has arrived.
*To use the store pick-up service, you must register as a Familia Member. Even if you have a card but have not yet registered online, please do so in advance. Register here>>>
*Samples will be on display at the Familia Shop in Sogo Hiroshima and the Familia Shop in Fukuya Hatchobori from Thursday, March 17th.
②In-store sales
Once the in-store pickup service begins, if there is stock, the products will be sold in-store at the following participating stores.
