Familiar is currently offering a handle repair service for its long-selling denim bag so that you can continue to use it for a longer period of time.
At this event, in order to help you use Familia denim bags for a long time, we will not only be cleaning the handles, but also removing dirt and stains from the appliqué parts, and replacing the handles, synthetic leather bottom, and inner fabric!
Denim bag refresh service
■Stores: Kobe main store, Daikanyama store, Hiroo store
■Dates: Wednesday, December 3rd and Thursday, December 4th, 2025 *Please check the reservation page for event times.
■Participation fee: 16,500 yen (tax included)
■ Delivery period: Early April 2026 onwards ■ Reservation start date: November 11th (Tue) 11:00

・There will be a limit of one item per slot.
・The items covered are denim bags and bookcases.

・We only accept standard colors (navy, black, red). We cannot accept orders for colors other than the standard colors.
・The color of the synthetic leather and handle cannot be changed. (For example, the synthetic leather cannot be changed from navy to red.)
- Removed handles, synthetic leather, lining, quality labels, familiar names, and other names cannot be returned.
・A new current familiar name will be attached, but no quality symbol will be attached.
- Depending on the condition of the bag, it may become smaller than its original size.
- Dirt and stains may not be completely removed even after cleaning.
[Products that cannot be accepted]
The following denim bags are not eligible.
・Items with machine embroidery, gussets, or collaborations with educational institutions ・Items with personal decorations or embroidery ・Items with damage or tears in the plain denim fabric or appliqué area (the damage may worsen during cleaning) ・Items with significant deterioration in the synthetic leather area, and concerns that cleaning may affect the main body ・Items that are deemed difficult to clean by our company

Carry-on bags
Please bring the denim bag you wish to have cleaned to the store. We will check whether it can be cleaned and then take it in.cleaning
Pick-up <br>After cleaning, we will contact you by phone as soon as the bag arrives at the store.

To help you enjoy your long-selling denim bag for as long as possible, we offer handle repair services at all Familia shops nationwide.
■ Repair cost: 4,400 yen (tax included)
■ Repair period: Approximately 4 weeks
