Hiroo store: Closed on Tuesday, November 18th. *Purchases can only be made through Omni Service (pick up at Familia Daikanyama store or Hiroo store). Pick up at other stores or cash on delivery delivery are not available. Also, the product is not available for sale on the online shop.
*Please receive your item within one week of receiving it.
*If you do not receive an email informing you that your product has arrived within five days of completing your Omni Service application, please contact us via " Contact us via chat " at the bottom of the page.
*If your order is reflected in your order history on your My Page, your order has been confirmed, so please also check your My Page.
*If cancellations occur, we will sell the items at our online shop or retail stores as soon as possible.
