[Product information]
Familia's Clarino® Tufflock® NEO school bag.

Uses the thickest, highest density urethane layer of Clarino (artificial leather).
Furthermore, the surface has been specially treated to provide excellent impact resistance, scratch resistance, and durability.


[Features and Key Points]
It can store everything from A4 size teaching materials to gym clothes. A4 size prints and flat files fit neatly without bending the edges.



●Safety snap hook: A convenient hook for hanging various items. It will come off with a force of approximately 25 kg, preventing accidents.

●Reflective studs
The cover has reflective studs that reflect light when hit by car headlights.



●The buckle has a safety design that prevents your hand from getting caught on the gusseted belt buckle pin.

●Double reinforced belt holesThe belt holes, which are prone to wear, are double reinforced.

●Large capacity pocket: The double zipper and large pocket can be opened from either side, allowing you to store plenty of small items. There is a D-ring on the inside.



●Plenty of storage spaceThe large gusset with an inner dimension of approximately 12 cm allows for ample storage.

New lightweight one-touch lock
It automatically locks with one touch when closed. It is a new design with a protective cover attached to the end of the metal fittings. The lock and metal fittings have been redesigned to fit better using a magnet. It is scratch-resistant and can be used in good condition for six years.


Air Fresh & Wavy Touch: A material that repels water and allows air to pass through. The combination of Wavy Touch further increases breathability.

D-ring with reflective studs
Both shoulder straps are equipped with D-rings (D-shaped devices) with reflective studs that can be used to attach security alarms, etc.

[About packaging]
If you order from our online store, you cannot request gift wrapping. We will deliver your order in our special packaging free of charge, with a ribbon and the price tag removed.



[Warranty, repairs, and maintenance]
●In the event of malfunction or damage to adjustment parts, or parts coming loose due to poor initial stitching, we will repair or replace the parts free of charge for six years until graduation.
*We will take the product in for inspection. Please contact your nearest Familia shop.

●We will take the product in and check for any tears, holes, fraying, etc. on the main body.
Depending on the repair content, there may be a charge or the repair may not be possible.
If the repair requires a long period of time, we will provide a replacement product. Please contact your nearest Familia shop.
