Name embroidery order

We will embroider your name onto the embroidery item of your choice, creating a special, original item.
We also have items that are perfect as gifts, such as lesson bags, drawstring bags, and bibs.

*This is a reservation for a limited time only.
*We can embroider up to two items per reservation.
*Product fees will be charged separately.
*Embroidery will only be available on items purchased on the day.

・At this event, we will charge 1,100 yen for the product and embroidery.
・Product prices vary depending on the product you select.
- Embroidery will only be done on items purchased on the day.
- At the Kobe main store and Daikanyama store, delivery will be on the same day, but at other stores, delivery will take place one and a half months after the order is placed.
- The number of characters must be 10 or less, but depending on the product, we may not be able to meet your request even if it is exactly 10 characters.
-You can choose from 8 embroidery colors.
- You cannot choose the size or position of the embroidery.
・If you select your products in advance and use the Omni Service, your order will be processed smoothly and without the product you want being out of stock. Please check the Familia website for products eligible for embroidery.
・In order to maintain distance between customers, we will limit guests to one person.
-If you are receiving your item on the day, you may have to wait due to work requirements.
If you are unable to arrive within 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
・In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order on the day due to unavoidable reasons such as machine failure, we apologize.
-Please note that if a denim bag has been embroidered with a name, we cannot repair the handle.
*Regarding the completion of your reservation, the screen displaying "Reservation accepted" does not mean that your reservation is complete.
Your reservation will be complete once you receive a confirmation email and the reservation details are reflected on your My Page . Please note: *Only adults are allowed to participate.
Due to the specifications of our system, you will not be able to proceed with the reservation process unless you select the "Number of children participating" even if you do not have any children participating. In that case, please leave the "Number of children participating" as "1" and proceed.
