What to eat, what not to eat, how to manage your weight, and how to get nutrients that tend to be lacking

About breastfeeding and formula feeding, how to make formula, how to use liquid formula, etc.
③About baby food
How to start and recommend baby food, how to choose foods (cooking methods), and advice on baby food-related concerns.

When it comes to nutritional advice, you can choose from three menus and discuss your preferences.
