*Photo shoot will be 10 minutes per group.
*If you are late for the start time, your photo shoot time will be shortened, so please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time.
*The shooting data will be provided on a CD-ROM approximately one month later.
*Data will be stored for a maximum of three months.
*If you have any problems, please contact us within one month of receiving the product.
Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries after this period.
*If you are attending at the Kobe Main Store, please pay at the cash register on the 2nd floor before proceeding to the event location. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the event starts.
