*The participation fee above is for embroidery only. Product fees will be charged separately.
*You cannot choose the position or size of the embroidery.
*Embroidery will only be applied to eligible items purchased on the day.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
*Only one item can be made per reservation.
*If you would like to create more than two items, please apply for multiple slots. In that case, you may have to wait if the reserved slots are not consecutive.
*The products available for embroidery will vary depending on the event date. We cannot accept embroidery on products other than those that have been reserved.
*Products will be available on the day of your participation. There is no need to reserve products in advance using the Omni Service (store pickup).
*As this is an embroidery event, we ask that you refrain from purchasing products alone.
*Due to work conditions, you may be asked to wait.
*Please note that if you are unable to arrive within 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
*Please understand that in the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the product on the day due to unavoidable reasons such as machine malfunction, we will be unable to do so.
*Regarding the completion of your reservation, the screen displaying "Reservation accepted" does not mean that your reservation is complete.
Please note that your reservation will be complete once you receive a confirmation email and the reservation details are reflected on your My Page .
*Only adults can participate.
Due to the specifications of our system, you will not be able to proceed with the reservation process unless you select the "Number of children participating" even if you do not have any children participating. In that case, please leave the "Number of children participating" as "1" and proceed.
