Familiar is currently offering a handle repair service for its long-selling denim bag so that you can continue to use it for a longer period of time.
At this event, we will be cleaning the appliqué parts of denim bags, removing dirt and stains, and replacing the handles, synthetic leather bottoms, and lining, so that you can use Familiar denim bags for a long time with peace of mind!

At this event, we will be cleaning the denim bag's appliqué parts to remove dirt and stains, as well as replacing the handles, synthetic leather bottom, and lining, so that customers can use Familia's denim bag for a long time with peace of mind!

[Notes]
・There will be a limit of one item per slot.
・The items covered are denim bags and bookcases.
・We only accept standard colors (NB, BK, RD). We cannot accept orders for colors other than the standard colors.
・The color of the synthetic leather and handle cannot be changed. (For example, the synthetic leather color cannot be changed from NB to RD.)
- Removed handles, synthetic leather, lining, quality labels, familiar names, and other names cannot be returned.
・A new current familiar name will be attached, but no quality symbol will be attached.
- Depending on the condition of the bag, it may become smaller than its original size.
- Dirt and stains may not be completely removed even after cleaning.

[Products that cannot be accepted]
The following denim bags are not eligible.
- Machine embroidered, with gusset, collaboration with a school corporation, or items decorated or embroidered by individuals
- Items with damage or tears to the plain denim fabric or appliqué
*Damage may worsen during cleaning.
- The synthetic leather part has deteriorated significantly, and there are concerns that cleaning may affect the main body.
・Other items that are deemed difficult to clean by our company.
