We will embroider your desired product, such as a bag or drawstring bag, to create a special, original item.
You can choose your favorite motif, color, embroidery position, etc.

*The participation fee above is the minimum price including the product and embroidery fee. The participation fee will vary depending on the product and embroidery you choose.
*The maximum number of motifs that can be embroidered and their positioning will vary depending on the item. A staff member will provide more details on the day of the event.
*You cannot choose the size of the embroidery.
*Embroidery will only be available on eligible products purchased on the day.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
*You can make up to two items per reservation.
*If you would like to create three or more items, please apply for multiple slots. In that case, if the reserved slots are not consecutive, you may have to wait.
*Please note that reservations are accepted for frames only, so please select your product on the day. There is a limited number of each embroidery item. We apologize if the item is sold out on the day of the event.
*Due to work conditions, you may be asked to wait.
*Please note that if you are unable to arrive within 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
*Please understand that in the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the product on the day due to unavoidable reasons such as machine malfunction, we will be unable to do so.
*Regarding the completion of your reservation, the screen displaying "Reservation accepted" does not mean that your reservation is complete.
Please note that your reservation will be complete once you receive a confirmation email and the reservation details are reflected on your My Page .
*Only adults can participate.
Due to the specifications of our system, you will not be able to proceed with the reservation process unless you select the "Number of children participating" even if you do not have any children participating. In that case, please leave the "Number of children participating" as "1" and proceed.
