At individual consultation sessions held at our stores, we will introduce you to insurance plans and also explain how medical expenses work.

◇ Depending on the participation fee, you can choose whether or not to receive a souvenir.
If you pay the participation fee of 2,200 yen, you will receive a pair of THERMOS x familiar stainless steel tumblers as a gift. If you sign up for a new insurance contract, you will receive an original familiar pouch as a gift (limited to one per person).
◇Items required for signing the contract: proof of bank account number, bank seal (if you do not use online banking)
