1. We will comply with all laws and regulations and strive to conduct appropriate solicitation and sales.

・We will comply with the Insurance Business Act, the Act on the Provision of Financial Services, the Consumer Contract Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other relevant laws and regulations, and strive to solicit and sell in an appropriate manner.

・We will establish an internal management system and provide training to ensure appropriate solicitation and sales to customers.

・We will manage and handle customer information appropriately.

・We will strive to solicit and sell appropriate insurance products in order to prevent the fraudulent acquisition of insurance benefits. In particular, for insurance contracts with insured persons under the age of 15, we will strive to prevent the fraudulent acquisition of insurance benefits by paying particular attention to setting appropriate insurance amounts.


2. We will strive to solicit and sell products in accordance with the customer's wishes and circumstances.

・We will strive to understand our customers' intentions and provide appropriate information through explanations of insurance products and services, taking into consideration their knowledge, experience, financial situation, and purpose of purchase regarding products and services, etc., so that they can select products that best suit their intentions and circumstances.

・When explaining insurance products and services, we will devise ways to make explanations easy to understand for customers depending on the sales format, including when sales methods are used without meeting customers face-to-face. In addition, we will strive to make explanations easier for elderly customers to understand by providing more detailed explanations.

- When selling insurance products or providing services, we will give due consideration to the time, place, method, etc.


3. We strive to provide services that satisfy our customers.

We will endeavor to respond to customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and courteously.

In the event of an insured accident, we will provide clear and thorough information on how to file insurance claims, and strive to pay claims promptly and appropriately.

・We will collect various opinions from customers and use them in product development, service provision, and insurance product sales.

・We will strive to provide services based on the concept of "active care" (thinking one step ahead) by deepening our understanding of the needs of each customer segment: individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, and large corporations, and by recognizing and preventing risks in advance.
