About Shop Pay
Shop Pay is a payment service provided by Shopify, the system used by Familia Online Shop.
By registering for Shop Pay, you can easily make payments the next time you make a purchase by simply entering the 6-digit Shop Pay code (SMS authentication) sent to your mobile phone number, without having to enter your shipping address or credit card information.
Please use Shop Pay by clicking the "Shop Pay" button on the payment page or by clicking the "Pay Now" button at the bottom of the same page.
It can be used not only on our website, but also at other stores around the world that have implemented Shop Pay payment.
*Shop Pay is a secure payment service provided by Shopify. Credit card information is encrypted and securely protected.

How to use
1. Add the product to your cart, proceed to checkout, and press the "Shop Pay" button on the payment page.
②Enter the 6-digit authentication code sent to your registered phone number.
③If there are no problems with your order, click the "Pay Now" button to complete the payment.
If you are already registered with Shop Pay and would like to choose a different payment method
How to use
①Click the drop-down menu for payment method and select one of the following.
Add a debit or credit card ・Buy as a guest* Guest purchase on your Shop account
② If you select "Add a debit or credit card," please register a new credit card and proceed with the purchase.
*Debit cards cannot be used at the Familia Online Shop.
If you select "Purchase as a guest," you will be redirected to the regular payment screen.

①If you wish to use this service, click the arrow button in the "Payment Method" section below. ②Select the points you wish to use and confirm your order.
How to register for Shop Pay
If you pre-register (register before purchasing)
If you would like to register for Shop Pay in advance, please complete the procedure here. (Link will take you to an external site.)
①Enter your email address and press "Continue."
②Please enter your mobile phone number.
*If the number starts with "080" or "090", remove the first "0" and enter "80" or "90".
③Enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
You will receive a message saying "XXXXXX is the Shop code."
*Shop Pay cannot be used on devices that do not support SMS authentication.
④Open the email titled "Confirm your email" sent from the Shop and click the "Confirm your email" button to complete your registration.
⑤Once registration is complete, you will be able to log in to your account.
Once you register your card information and billing address by clicking "Add Card," you're ready to go.
When registering at the same time as purchasing
① Add the product to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your credit card information.
②Check "Save information."
③ After entering your mobile phone number and completing the purchase, you will be able to select Shop Pay from your next purchase onwards.

When you save a gift purchase, the shipping information is set for the buyer.
Please be sure to register when ordering for home delivery.
Changes and deletions
Shop account registration and Familia Members registration are managed differently. Any changes or deletions made to the information registered in your Shop account will not be reflected in your Familia Members account.
If there are any changes, please make the changes or deletions in each account.
How to change your registered credit card
Since the Familia Online Shop does not store your credit card information, please update it in your Shop Pay account. Also, any changes you make to your Shop Pay registration will not be reflected in your Familia Members account.
To change your billing information or credit card, please delete your registered card and then register it again.
① Log in to your shop account. (This will take you to an external link.) Log in here>>>
②Select the card you want to change and press "Delete card."
③After the deletion is complete, tap "Add card" and enter the information.
How to delete your Shop account
When you delete your Shop Pay account, the information stored in Shop Pay is permanently deleted.
Please note that deleting your Shop Pay account will not be reflected in your Familia Members account.
① Please complete the procedure from the Shop Pay account deletion page. (This will take you to an external link.) Click here to complete the procedure.
②Log in to your Shop account.
③You will receive an email at your registered address and your account will be deleted once you enter the authentication code.
