We aim to become generalists in each area, including sales, marketing, product planning, and general affairs.

Eligibility
Those who have graduated or are expected to graduate from a four-year university or graduate school between March 2023 and March 2026. *Excludes those with work experience. However, those who are newly enrolled after work experience and are expected to graduate are eligible to apply.

250,000 yen
255,000 yen (only for those who reside in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama prefectures)
Salary increase/bonus <br>Salary increase (once a year based on work performance)
Bonuses twice a year (July and December)
Allowances Housing allowance (for head of household) (e.g., 1st to 10th year after joining the company: 23,000 yen *May vary depending on various conditions)
Full transportation expenses covered
Working hours : 7.5 hours per day (e.g. 9:00-17:30, 60-minute break)
Work location : Kobe head office, Tokyo office, various stores, etc.
Employment status : Full-time employee (general position)
Holidays : 2 days off per week (112 days off per year + 1 birthday holiday)
10 days of paid vacation (first year of employment), special vacation (congratulatory/condolence leave, etc.)
Employee benefits : Maternity leave, childcare leave, reduced working hours for childcare (until completion of 6th grade), nursing care leave, reduced working hours for nursing care, employee purchasing system, e-learning course
