We will be holding a half-day program where you can experience being Familia's "Fashion Advisor."

Working at Familia means thinking about what we can do to "create potential in children" and challenging ourselves every day.
Stores are the most important place in "creating Familia fans" as they allow direct communication with customers.
The sales staff working in such stores are called fashion advisors,
This position aims to develop you into a specialist in customer service and sales.

In addition to proposing products to customers, we also provide support for child-rearing from before birth, by working closely with each customer, such as by serving as lecturers for maternity seminars and 1000-day programs and helping with preparations for childbirth.

During this work experience, you will experience Familia's unique "customer service that brings smiles to customers' faces" through a program that closely resembles real-life work.

Implementation details
Through a program that is close to the workplace,
You can experience the "rewarding customer service that only Familia can provide" and the "fun of creating fans."
This is a 3.5-hour program where you can learn about the appeal of sales jobs and the depth of the work involved in building trusting relationships with customers.

During the work experience, you will be transferred to the following stores:
・Familia Kobe Head Office: Familia Kobe Main Store ・Familia Tokyo Office: Familia Daikanyama Store

Event Schedule
Kobe Head Office: February 20th (Friday)
・Tokyo Office: February 25th (Wed) and February 26th (Thu)

Morning session: 9:30~13:00
Afternoon session: 14:30~18:00

*Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
*The same program will be implemented on both dates.
