Store pickup service
You can have your favorite products from the online shop delivered to a participating store. Once you receive an email informing you that your order is ready, all you have to do is go to the store and try out the product while listening to the explanation.
You can actually try it on, so you can check the size and feel of the fabric, which is reassuring.
Service flow
Add the product to your shopping cart, select "Pick up in store" under "Delivery method" and choose the store where you would like to pick up your order.
Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.Once your ordered items arrive at the store, we will notify you via your registered email address.
Please come to our store within one week of receiving the email informing you that the item is in stock. Please check the products and purchase only those you like.
●To use the in-store pickup service, you must register as a Familia Member.
●Please purchase the product at the store where you would like to receive it. We cannot accept changes to the store or moving of the product after you have applied for it.
●We accept orders 24 hours a day.
● We will contact you by email as soon as the item is ready.

Gift wrapping and shopping bags can also be included (for a fee).
This service allows moms and dads with children to shop without having to carry anything.

Don't worry, our shop staff will guide you.Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping completion email to your registered email address.
You can check the delivery status of your order from "My Page".We usually ship within 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

Regarding returns and exchanges of purchased products, please consult with store staff as it is the same as if you had purchased the product in-store.

We offer gift wrapping for some products.

We are sorry, but we will be discontinuing this service as of January 2023.
What do I need when I go to the store?
The arrival notification email will include your order number and the name of the person who placed the order. Please provide the email or details to our staff.

Yes, if the item is in stock, you can order different sizes. Please check the size and other details at the store before choosing the product.
What is the reservation deadline?

Can I change the pickup store after placing an order?
Once your order (application) is complete, you cannot change the contents or the pick-up store.

With our direct order delivery service, shipping is free nationwide if the total price of an order is 11,000 yen or more (tax included).
For orders under 11,000 yen (tax included), shipping costs are 770 yen (tax included) nationwide.
For furniture and large items, a separate shipping fee will be charged regardless of the purchase amount.
