     Please respond by 23:59 on Sunday, February 1st regarding your plans to visit the store.

  2. Make a reservation for the event you want to attend at the store . For the advance invitation event, only the customized bag can be reserved via Google Form. For other events, please make your own reservations.

[Notes when visiting the store]
・You can only visit on the dates stated on the invitation.
Please present your invitation at the reception when you visit.
・Up to five family members can enter the store with one invitation. Please come to the reception together.
・Please note that no guests other than family members are allowed inside the store.
・When you leave, we will provide a souvenir for those who have an invitation. Please present your invitation at the reception.
・If you have forgotten your invitation, please present the invitation email.

[Notes when purchasing/reserving]
- When purchasing from the online shop, there will be a purchase limit of one item per invited account.
- Please place pre-order items in separate carts. If items with different delivery dates are placed in the same cart, they will be shipped together with the item with the later delivery date.
・Purchases of limited-edition and pre-sale items, and reservations for events will only be accepted from the membership number printed next to the recipient's name on the invitation. Please note that orders and reservations made using non-applicable membership numbers will be automatically deleted.
・When you make a purchase, Familia Points will be awarded to the account of the person you invite. Please note that points will not be awarded to the accounts of your companions.
-If we find that you have posted an item on a flea market site before it goes on sale, we may not be able to invite you to future events.

[Pre-order] Customized Shoulder Bag

This customizable shoulder bag allows you to choose from three different bag fabrics, five different charms, and three different shoulder straps. The bag is made of spring-like braid material (basket material). The shoulder strap is made of generous amounts of sheer tulle, creating a three-dimensional, striking finish. Each charm is carefully hand-embroidered, creating a warm and inviting design. The charm and shoulder strap can be used separately.
